KWE (Indonesia) Establishes on Ocean Freight Operations Hub in Jakarta

KWE is pleased to announce that as a part of the expansion of its ocean freight business, PT. Kintetsu World Express Indonesia, a locally registered company within the KWE group (President: Shogo Ikeuchi, after “KWE (Indonesia)”) has established an ocean freight operations hub in Jakarta.
While to date ocean freight operations have been performed by the head office of KWE(Indonesia), given that this office is located approximately 15kms from the international port Tanjung Priok, this has reduced operational efficiencies. The new office, being located within close proximity to Tanjung Priok will provide an environment that further improves the efficiency and speed of KWE’s operations. The establishment of this operations hub by KWE (Indonesia) is another example of KWE’s ongoing efforts to expand our ocean freight operations in order to provide our customers with even higher quality services.
