KWE(Korea) Acquires AEO Certification

KWE announces that Kintetsu World Express (Korea), Inc. (President: Yoshihiro Kusakabe, after "KWE(Korea)"), a locally registered company within the KWE group, on March 15, 2012 acquired *AEO (Authorized Economic Operators)standards certification.
KWE(Korea) has recently been certified as a <Freight Forwarder> and <Warehouse Operator> in the AEO Class A.
By being certified as a "forwarder" and "bonded transport /warehouse operator", we can swiftly carry out customs procedures. This means that we will be able to provide even more efficient VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory) services as well as logistics services, the demands for which have been growing greatly in recent years.
KWE (Korea) will continue to further improve the operation quality in order to provide the optimal logistics services for each customer.
*This certification allows freight forwarders that have met the required standards to receive preferential treatment which simplifies and accelerates customs clearance procedures.
