In my 21 years with KWE, I received a wide range of opportunities such as brainstorming with the other departments, meeting and presenting with customers to find the best solutions for them. So that I can gain a lot of experience working together with my colleagues and customers. No matter how difficult the situation I am able to get through it with teamwork. I never work alone, the management is my strong back up and they give me flexibility, as the final achievement is the goal.

We were in critical situations in Thailand many times such as flood disasters and the political issues which impacted import and export business. However, we can pass and continue the business because of the cooperation of employees and executives. We were able to get through difficult situations and we could overcome the expectations of customers since in everyone's mind it is the same "KWE". We learn from the problem then find the solution and fulfill the experience to grow with the company.

We are staying in the office 8 hours a day and recently we are linking with social networks, sometimes we chat after working hours or on holidays with our colleagues and customers. What keeps us able to do that is the joy of working with the team because of the friendship we have, making our relations to be more than colleagues. The friendship starts from the atmosphere in the office and team building that is supported by top management. We are working hard, but the company is also supporting us to play harder. Therefore, we know whenever a tough situation happens everyone in the team is ready to back us up. This is the relaxed culture in KWE and the staff are happy to work here.
