Their Challenge
An industrial client needed to ship two pieces of oversized cargo; we knew that using standard crates would result in needing two pallet positions.
Our Solution
After analyzing cargo dimensions, we identified potential cost-savings through unconventional crating methods, whereas standard packaging would require two pallet positions.
Through these efforts, we were able to engineer contoured solutions, thus allowing both cargoes to fit one pallet position.
The Results
The space reduction resulted in an impressive 50% cost reduction for the project, received by the client with no damage.
