Freight forwarding and shipping orders executed by Kintetsu World Express (Ireland) Ltd. ("Forwarder") shall be subject to the current Standard Trading Conditions and Warehousing Conditions of the Irish International Freight Association (IIFA). With the acceptance of a quotation or placement of a freight forwarding or shipping order, you as the customer agree to these General Conditions and to be liable for the correct declaration of the goods in compliance with export legislation and regulations and furthermore agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Forwarder from and against any claims or damages incurred by the Forwarder arising out of a wrong or insufficient declaration of the goods.
