Notice of Revision of the General Conditions of Carriage for International Air Transport

The Montreal Convention, which sets out the standards for compensation in international air transport, has been revised, and from December 28, 2024, the liability limits will change from the current 22 SDRs per kilogram to 26 SDRs.

In line with this, we would like to inform you that we will be revising the terms and conditions on the reverse side of our international air waybills as follows.

 

(1) Effective date: December 28, 2024

*This applies to waybills issued on or after December 28, 2024.

 

(2) Revision of the liability limits

Before revision: 22 SDRs/kg → After revision: 26 SDRs/kg

*This change is due to the revision of the liability limits established under Article 24 of the Montreal Convention.
