Kintetsu Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd., an overseas affiliated firm of Kintetsu World Express, Inc. (hereafter called KWE), engaging in logistics business in Thailand, opened Prachinburi Logistics Center 2 in the Rojana Industrial Park in Prachinburi Province in the eastern part of Thailand.
The Rojana Industrial Park in Prachinburi is located approximately 140 km northeast of the City of Bangkok, and 110 to 135 km from a major airport, major port and the Cambodian border. Also resting adjacent to the Southern Economic Corridor, which links Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam, the area enjoys high demand as a physical distribution base. We decided to set up the Logistics Center 2 adjacent to Prachinburi Logistics Center, which started its operation in April 2015 in order to meet the high demand in the area.
KWE Vietnam will also be using the center as a hub for trucking transportation in Vietnam to provide its customers with comprehensive transportation and logistics solutions in Northern Vietnam.
Hereafter, KWE shall continue to provide logistics service in Thailand to satisfy a variety of customer needs.
