KWE India Acquired AEO Certification

Kintetsu World Express (India) Pvt. Ltd.(Masaru Kobayashi, Managing Director, hereinafter; “KWE India”) on August 11, 2020 acquired India AEO standards certification.

The Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) system offers simplified customs clearance procedures and other benefits to companies with proper cargo security management and compliance systems, and the aim of AEO programme in India is to secure the international supply chain by granting recognition to reliable operators and encouraging best practices at all levels in the international supply chain.
KWE India had been promoting a project with the aim of acquiring this certification in order to provide customers with One-Stop Service.The category of AEO-LO is the programme for Logistics Providers, such as Forwarder and Custom Brokers. The certification obtained allows us to offer customers smoother and faster services for import and export.

Following on from 3 companies in the Americas (USA, Canada, Mexico), 7 companies in the EMEA (Germany, France, UK, Ireland, Benelux, Italia, Switzerland) and 12 companies in Asia (Korea, Taiwan, Japan, China, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia) that acquired this certification, KWE India is the 23th company within the KWE group to acquire this certification.
