We operate based on actual General Forwarding Terms SSL CR. Mutual relationships are regulated by § 2471 and subsequent of Civil Code, in road transportation CMR Agreement and other generally applicable rules for each mode of transportation. If there is no additional insurance agreed, shipment is insured based on Haag-Visby Rule and Hamburg Rules (ocean transportation), Montreal Agreement (air transportation) and CMR Agreement (road transportation).
