国際航空運送における損害賠償の基準等を定めたモントリオール条約が改正され、2024年12月28日以降、賠償責任限度額が1キログラムあたり22 SDRから26 SDRへ変更されます。これに伴い、国土交通省標準国際利用航空運送約款が改正されます。

つきましては、当社国際利用航空裏面約款ならびに航空運送状裏面約款を改定しますことを以下のとおりお知らせします。

  

（１）発効日 :   2024 年12 月28 日より 

※ 2024 年12 月28 日より発券された運送状に適用されます。 

 

（２）改定箇所： 責任限度額　改定前　22 SDR/㎏　→　改定後　26 SDR/㎏

この変更は、モントリオール条約第24 条の損害賠償に係る責任限度額の改正によるものです。

 

【現行】

4. For carriage to which the Montreal Convention does not apply, Carrier’s liability limitation of carriage for cargo lost, damaged or delayed, shall be 22 SDRs per kilogram unless the greater per kilogram monetary limit is provided in any applicable Convention or in Carrier’s tariffs or general condition of carriage.

【改定後（下線部）】

4. For carriage to which the Montreal Convention does not apply, Carrier’s liability limitation of carriage for cargo lost, damaged or delayed, shall be 26 SDRs per kilogram unless the greater per kilogram monetary limit is provided in any applicable Convention or in Carrier’s tariffs or general condition of carriage.

 

（３）航空運送状(裏面約款)について 

旧裏面約款が印刷された航空運送状（AWB）については、12 月28 日 の発効日以降引き続きご使用いただけますが、その場合でも、改定後 の当社国際利用航空裏面約款が適用となります（旧裏面約款を読み替えます）。
