Requirements:

  • Collaborate with end-users and third-party vendors to define project and update requirements.
  • Design, develop, maintain, and test medium to complex applications.
  • Write programs, design reports, and update system documentation.
  • Provide second-level end-user support for enterprise applications.
  • Manage Request/Incident tickets and troubleshoot complex user issues.
