Our too production plants with our owned premises warehouse in Nava Nakorn and Prachinburi Wooden Plants that produce wooden pallets, wooden crates and wooden boxes follow to customer demand by our skilled manufacturing team. Our different characteristics wood such as Pine Wood, Rubber Wood, LVL Material (Laminated Veneer Lumber) etc. should be served for customer needs by visible computer drawing before making the actual production.

These material are subjected to fumigation to conform to ISPM No.15 (International Standard for Phytosanitary Measures No. 15) by IPPC (The International Plant Protection Convention) which is required by more than 80 major countries in Japan, China, the EU and the United States. As a result, transport trouble caused by packing materials should be avoided, and trouble-free shipping is enabled smoothly.

The newly designed pallet has also achieved reliability by passing the JIS-Based quality test conducted at the Thailand Institute of Scientific and Technological Research (TISTR) at Kasetsart UNIVERSITY. In addition, they have acquired ISO 9000 which ensure the strict quality control based on ISO Standards and Japanese Standards. They are able to transport products to the destination safely even if it takes several months.

Packaging

We are capable of moving either small, large, heavy machines or equipment for import, export or domestic transportation.

It is possible to use a wide range of packing, such as packing using reinforced corrugated fiberboard and the protective packaging, vacuum or VCI packing (VCI : Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor) which protect the origin of rust and mold by covering the whole with aluminum sheet or VCI Bag.

The woods used as the material are fumigated and have acquired the IPPC mark that cleared the International Plant Protection Convention (IPPC)
