- CSMS #69271650 - New Validation for Import Adjustment Offset for Sec.232 Duties for Automobile & Medium/Heavy-Duty Vehicle Parts Deployed Jul.18, 2026 – ACE CATAIR Error Dictionary V51 Updated, under Supporting Documents: Documentation for Entry Summary Chapters. This update includes the following errors related to Auto Part Credit Long-Term Solution:
- F866: AUTO LICENSE PRESENT – DUTY NOT ALLOWED An Automobile License for Importer's Additional Declaration Record Type '11' is submitted on a line, yet duty is present on the corresponding auto part ch.99 HTS number.
- F861: AUTO LICENSE INSUFFICIENT BALANCE The submitted Automobile License for Importer's Additional Declaration Record Type '11' has a balance that is not sufficient to cover the submitted auto part duty.
- CSMS #67640669: For information about using ACE Reports to monitor the total Sec.232 duty amounts offset by import adjustment offset licenses for automobile & medium/heavy-duty parts
- CSMS #69087399: For guidance on how to file an import adjustment offset for Sec.232 duties for automobile & medium/heavy-duty parts
The update was scheduled to deploy to the CERTIFICATION (CERT) environment/PRODUCTION (PROD) environment on July 18. Questions regarding Sec.232 entry filing may be directed to the CBP Trade Remedy Branch at TradeRemedy@cbp.dhs.gov.
