  Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) were signed to enable collaboration on opportunities and areas of mutual interest in strategic science and technology, supporting leadership in the global arena. The agreements focus on shared research security, telecommunications innovation and supply chain resilience, secure mutual pharmaceutical and biotechnology supply chains, cooperate on space exploration, and apply cooperative efforts to accelerate the secure supply of critical minerals and rare earths necessary to support domestic industries, including advanced technologies and their respective industrial bases.
