As an update to the previous statement, we would like to provide a further update.
Our investigation into the cybersecurity incident is ongoing. We are assessing the extent of the incident and its potential impact on our IT systems.
If we determine that a customer’s data has been impacted, we will notify them immediately. Our teams have initiated business continuity process and continue to support customers as needed.
Most of our systems remain fully functional, allowing us to support our customers with minimal disruption. At the same time, we are remediating and recovering the systems that are impacted by this incident. As a precaution, we are conducting a comprehensive environmental assessment and are collaborating with external IT partners to enhance our environment using industry standard cybersecurity solutions.
We sincerely regret that this incident caused disruption to our service and appreciate your continued patience.
