KWE Announces IEEPA Refund Processing Services

Kintetsu World Express (USA), Inc. is pleased to announce Consolidated Administration and Processing of Entries (CAPE) refund processing services for customers where KWE is the clearing customs broker.

Whether you have your own ACE account or not, KWE’s CAPE services can assist with the creation of master IEEPA entry reports required for CAPE claim submission, IEEPA CAPE claim submissions, refund status monitoring, and receipt of CAPE refunds (for companies that do not have an ACE account or a registered ACH refund account).

If, as the Importer of Record, you wish to have KWE submit the CAPE Refund Request on your behalf, or assist in providing CAPE reports, please contact the KWE Customs Trade & Compliance Group at: customs_compliance_group@kwe.com
