Minimizing Environmental Impact from Business Activities

In Japan, we are undertaking several environmental initiatives such as requesting affiliated businesses to reduce automobile idle time and promoting fuel-efficient driving to reduce automobile emissions, replacing forklifts with battery operated alternatives and replacing company cars with energy-saving models.

Outside Japan, we work on reducing CO2 emissions by replacing trucks owned by local subsidiaries with new ones.
