KWE expressed its support for the Task-Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures and its recommendations (hereafter, TCFD recommendations) in December 2021.
Please see below for disclosures in line with the TCFD's recommended disclosure framework (Governance, Strategy, Risk management, Metrics and Targets).
Further, we would like to utilize the framework of TCFD recommendations, and continue enhancing the quality and amount of disclosures to promote climate change initiatives still further, and contribute to achieving a sustainable society.
*The Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) was established by the Financial Stability Board (FSB) based on a G20 request to investigate how to disclose climate-related information and respond to financial institutions. The task force issued its final report in June 2017, encouraging companies and others to disclose climate change-related risks and opportunities.
