Nami went to Japan in 1994 and graduated from a university in Tokyo with an economics major in March 2000. Then, she joined KWE China as the president's secretary. She has been the head of the HR Department since it was established in 2005 and in charge of the General Affairs and Legal & Risk Control Departments since 2016. She wants to dedicate every effort to KWE.
Firmly dedicated for over two decades, deeply grateful to beloved KWE
2021 is the 21st year since I joined KWE China. Each time when recalling the ups and downs here, conjured by countless clips just like a movie flashing by, I find myself cherishing all those precious moments as the best treasure in my life. I am so honored to be a member of KWE. Thus, as I always did, I will firmly dedicate myself to and strive forward with KWE.
Since 2020, COVID-19 has destroyed many industries and entities. But even suffering such a hard time, thanks to the strong leadership of our management, the teams I lead have conquered fears and challenges and therefore, have been providing substantial support to all the departments in need with a timely reaction. By many means like submitting daily health reports, implementing anti-epidemic measures and adopting teleworking, KWE China has been successful in minimizing the negative impacts of COVID-19. None of our staff has been infected. We are like a family that get through difficulties together, especially in such a time, and that impresses me a lot. Through the efforts of all of us, KWE China yields fruitful results in sales performance.
Our mindset is our strength
From my eyes, KWE China's strength depends on our mindset. With respect for both the Japanese and Chinese cultures and by great understanding of their business ways, ways of thinking and management styles, we have formed KWE China's own culture that helps all the employees to work as one team.
All I have experienced and leant here benefits me a lot, which makes me deeply grateful to KWE China. I will keep devoting myself to KWE so as to ensure my beloved KWE can achieve continuous prosperity and steady development in the global logistics industry.
