Bringing out the best in people

It's a great opportunity to work with KWE Philippines. The management leadership brought out the best in me and developed me to become something greater than what I may have imagined to achieve. It was never easy, but the confidence and trust that my mentors gave me were far greater than my fears. They gave me the chance to grow and let me do things on my own so I may think beyond and gain knowledge and experience. My hard work and contribution is recognized and appreciated.
Rise to the challenge

The team that I work with has so much passion and love for their job. I have seen team members go through floods and walk for kilometers just to be able to report for work, delivery crews driving through heavy typhoons or volcanic ash continuously falling on their windshields, extended working hours even during holidays to continuously monitor shipments or help out team members, late night or wee hours of the morning discussions to find a solution to a sudden incident and setbacks. At the start of the pandemic when half of the team suddenly had to be quarantined, those who were left had to work tirelessly for days to cover the 24/7 operation while those members in quarantine still continuously reached out to help in whatever way they could. These and other stories of heroism amid challenges faced through the years makes the team stronger and more bonded. The team will always rise to the challenge. In their hearts is the everyday mission to deliver and meet customer requirements. I will always be grateful for my team.
