As KWE has experienced a fast growing 20-years in China, I am so lucky to have had the chance to grow up together with this company, involved in and witnessing many highlight achievements and exciting moments.
In KWE, the global platform provided us with many chances to participate in famous global logistics projects together with many excellent teams. On the way to challenge these high goals, we obtained not only knowledge and ability, but also valuable experience and continuously expanding vision. Hence, we have set up a win-win relationship with KWE. Employees rely on KWE's platform to achieve self-realization, and KWE relies on employees' creativity to realize the company mission.

As a person with good initiative, what I most need is trust and encouragement. I am so fortunate that I got this environment in KWE. My leaders let me know the strategy and design, gave me clear information of what I should do, but never gave me orders on how to do, which has given me enough freedom to take actions in my own way. It was just due to this goal-oriented management style that has inspired my greatest potential, and let me work in a way I liked.
Science and technology is the primary productive force. On the way to the goal of "data transformation" in logistics management, I am so proud to work with such an excellent and innovative team. Through 12-years of hard work, we have set up our Intelligent Logistics Management System (ILMS), which is composed of integrated OP systems, AI tech and equipment, and IOT devices. Now, the ILMS has not only provided great support to company logistics management, but also created more opportunities for new revenue growth.
Looking back to these past years, I am so happy to have such an experience in KWE for having such a great platform and such a pleasant team to work with.
