Richard Suh majored in Business Administration and began his career in 2003 with a shipping line. He joined KWE Korea in 2007, handling Air Import and 3PL sales. From 2013 to 2016, served as Project Manager for large-scale transportation projects for global company in Xi'an, China . After returning to Seoul, he moved to Busan in 2018 for a sales role. Since 2024, he has been serving as Branch Manager overseeing Busan, Masan, and Gimhae Airport offices.

Our Busan-Masan Branch is one of KWE Korea's core field offices, located in Busan--the nation's primary gateway for global import and export activities. Although our office is small, with only 13 members, our team handles the full scope of ocean and air logistics. Most of our members have 20 years of industry experience, and their professionalism continues to be one of our greatest strengths.
What truly defines our team is the combination of experience, sincerity, and trust-based teamwork, values that KWE has emphasized throughout its history. While long tenure may sometimes raise concerns about complacency, our team demonstrates the opposite. The stability and sense of responsibility built over years of experience allow our sales and operations teams to work seamlessly as one. Our proximity to Busan Port also gives us a strong advantage. Our team understands a wide range of transport modes, equipment, and on-site handling processes in a very practical way. This field-oriented knowledge allows us to support customers with diverse and complex logistics needs, making it a solid competitive strength for our branch.
While the Seoul metropolitan area is centered around semiconductors, biotechnology, and K-culture, the Gyeongbuk and Gyeongnam regions that we serve are home to Korea's core manufacturing industries--shipbuilding, aerospace, defense, automotive, and secondary batteries. Working closely with a young and capable sales team, we actively explore new business opportunities that reflect the industrial characteristics of our region.
Despite being a small organization, our branch continues to achieve high customer satisfaction through strong teamwork and professional excellence.
