Rustono works as Operational staff in Air Import, his daily job is to pick up and collect all import documents from consolidation co-loader agents such as JAS. He started working at PT KWE Indonesia on August 1, 2003. He started as a Helper picking up documents at Customs. Since 2010, he has started to learn to use computers to support his work, and to submit payment based on documents that have been collected from a co-loader consolidation agent.
My Responsibilities
My daily work is collecting import documents from various co-loader consolidation agencies and ensuring that the work is carried out smoothly and efficiently and on time so as not to incur additional costs. One of my most interesting experiences was when the partner brokerage agent asked for the documents to be retrieved immediately because it would be processed soon, and I had to immediately come to the partner consolidation agent's office, so that PT. Kintetsu World Express Indonesia would avoid possible penalty fees.
One of my challenging work experiences was when my supervisor set a target to complete documents and create invoices within 3 days, and I immediately did it by coordinating with other departments related to invoice issuance. Working with PT. Kintetsu World Express Indonesia has taught me how to be disciplined and always be on time.
Because I work at PT. Kintetsu World Express Indonesia, I have been able to own a house, send my children to college, and several years ago, perform the pilgrimage to Mecca.
