Having gained a degree in business management in 1995 and worked in the manufacturing sector in Kenya, Arusha joined KWE in 2004 as an Accounts Assistant and worked her career up by attaining her degree as a chartered accountant.
In 2009 she was promoted to Management Accountant, and in 2011 to Financial Controller taking leadership of the finance team. In 2015, she was promoted to Senior Manager, Finance and Administrations on the strength of her competency and dedication.
Opportunity and progression
My job at KWE is very challenging but it is equally rewarding. KWE has offered me many opportunities for growth and leadership and my current role involves all aspects of the finance function together with administrative tasks.
