Since joining KWE Taiwan in 2020, my career at KWE Taiwan has felt like a grand adventure. As a licensed broker, my initial role at KWE Taiwan was that of an export declaration operator. I had imagined that a declaration operator would simply file declaration documents for our customers and that would be the end of the job. However, in reality, I often act as a communication bridge between our customers and customs officers. I frequently spend time explaining government regulations and specifying the types of documents our customers need to prepare for different export shipments.

It's always fulfilling when our customers are satisfied with my recommendations. To me, while the operational process might seem routine, it's good communication with customers that truly makes a difference in operations.

Working for a global forwarding company like KWE, I have had the opportunity to serve many global companies. To fulfill our commitments, I often find myself racing against time. Therefore, seeking support is crucial. For instance, after I joined the AWB operation team, I felt a bit overwhelmed with some urgent shipments. These shipments had their freight changed due to customer requirements. However, when I sought assistance, my team members immediately stepped in to help. They also shared their experiences on how they handled such urgent shipments. This made me realize that I was part of a team, not just an individual working alone.

Now, I am adept at working in both the AWB and declaration teams. This is attributed to our company's commitment to providing a conducive working environment and the willingness of the people at KWE Taiwan to share their experiences whenever challenges arise. I am determined to continue growing with KWE Taiwan and to pass on our company's admirable culture to those who join us in the future.
