I work at the Osaka Export Operation Center arranging transport space with airlines for cargo belonging to multiple customers going to the same location.
The global market situation may make it difficult to secure space from the airlines so that the customer can't get the space they need. That's why KWE sometimes runs cargo flight charters in order to provide them a stable supply of space. I feel a great sense of satisfaction when a full KWE cargo flight takes off for the destination fully loaded with cargo gathered from customers in cooperation with Sales and other departments.

At KWE, if you have the will to work, you will soon get assignments with the kind of responsibility you are looking for. Of course, your supervisor and seniors give you lots of support, and a wide range of knowledge based on their experience. I realize then that I'm not working on my own but as part of a team. You may think a direct flight is needed for urgent cargo, but in congested conditions it may actually arrive faster going through some third country. I feel as pleased as finding a hidden treasure when I discover that kind of route and can offer the customer a plan meeting their needs. Cargo is not simply a thing, it involves finding out the customer's needs for that cargo and negotiating with the airline, then finding the best possible plan and offering it to the customer via Sales. I value these person-to-person connections and find this kind of work where I am constantly learning very satisfying.
