Before joining KWE in 2003, Frank had some experience working in logistics in Cologne, as well as serving his required time in the German military. His first assignment at KWE was indoor sales at Dusseldorf Branch. A year later, he moved up to outdoor sales. In 2010, he was promoted to Branch Manager Dusseldorf, responsible for all air operations and sales activities. From 2016 until 2020 Frank worked at a different company as a sales manager, and then rejoined KWE as GM Sales Germany.

In my position as General Manager Sales Germany, I'm responsible for all sales activities and strategy in Germany.
In my daily work, I really appreciate working with different people and different cultures worldwide. The most important point, why I like to work for KWE, is the way how we manage the individual customer requirements. KWE centralizes their customer demands and always finds a tailormade solution, which is one key factor of our success. The biggest value of our company are our people. They make the difference during their daily work. It makes me proud to see that everybody wants to go the extra mile for our customers. My personal goal is to create an accurate work environment, which enables my team to achieve their best possible results.
Today, we are facing a totally different perception of our business and private life due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The global crisis has a huge impact in almost every industry and private environment.
From the beginning, KWE Germany has always focused to protect its employees in their daily work as much as possible. At the same time, as a global logistics company, we have to keep even more contact with our clients, in order to get up-to-date knowledge of their changing requirements and demands.
