From "walk-in sales lady" to "Director" of freight forwarding
When I first started working in the sales department, it was extremely unusual for women to work as a salesperson, especially in the freight forwarding area. I had to face difficult and embarrassing moments, such as getting kicked out of the office or getting held back by security guards because people thought I was one of the usual "sales ladies" of the time. However, being "different" became my competitive advantage and I was able to achieve a great career and pride as a saleswoman. As the Director of the Export department, I'm so proud of my job, as I always have been.
Endless challenge for a better future
The key values of KWE Korea are credibility, communication, professionalism, and challenge. Since KWE Korea was founded in 1996, we have been growing, and will always be. Challenge is an essential step for us to grow, and challenge always make me thrilled. Although Freight forwarding has not been a key collaborator for our customers, covid-19 has revealed the importance of logistics lately. Because of the new wave in logistics, my co-workers and I are focusing on building new strategies and setting new and higher goals. I want to send my gratitude to my co-workers who always try to make KWE Korea a better company by resolving conflicts based on credibility and communication.
